The person in charge of the service was excellent. He was very patient with me. I was told when I called for the appointment, I could get the oil change for 49.99, because on the previous oil change I didn’t show the coupon beforehand. when I paid, she wouldn’t accept it, but signed it so I could use it this time. Well, in the meantime I hid it so well, I couldn’t find it. Why do you not put on the coupon, it needs to be shown when I arrive. Most of us would present it at payment. That didn’t set well with me. Also, I don’t like the new payment method.
