Brought my car in for it's first check. Difficulty connecting my iPhone. (Took the tech many times) I said my lights were not dimming on auto. He said I did not have that feature on my car I have auto lights but not auto dim. While I was waiting for my oil change and tire rotation I looked on line and it states with the package I have I do have auto dims. I said this to the guy when he told me they were done with it. I told him what I found on line and he said that I do not have that feature. He asked if he wanted me to get "one of the techy guys to come explain this to me" I said I would like a "techy guy to show me" I was correct I was the shown the correct way to add this feature. Also needing an Oil consumption test on my car, he told me I could have it done at any GM place. I live in the UP of MI I have GM places but none that sell Buick. They said they could do the test but they could not do the warranty work, I will have to drive to Green Bay or Marquette for this (70-90 miles). I had never had a Buick and not sure I would buy another one. Love the car but just not liking the oil consumption......

The sales representative (Sam Engels) was very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. We felt that the offer for our trade-in was very fair. The financing process was smooth. We were able to pick up our vehicle on short notice to accommodate our travel plans. Excellent buying experience.

My truck has 70,180 miles on it and has been using a quart of oil every 5000 miles, Goodyear in Mayville, WI tells me every oil change that the oil level is down a quart again, no one mention the oil level to me...Why not. I would imagine that the answer is that a quart to 5000 miles is normal, don't believe that.

It was not the experience I’m used to on the College Ave center. An influence attempt (something to do with my valves) was made on me to purchase something I’d never heard of from the Bergstrom team before. Didn’t appreciate it. I did like the video from the front line guy showing me the issues I have with a 5 years old truck.

After researching many days for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I could not find anything closer than Madison, so I decided to go to Appleton Bergstrom to look at the car they had on their lot knowing it was not the color that I wanted, but you never know. As we were looking at the car, Kim came out to talk to us, we then went to her office to see what cars they had coming in. When I mentioned that I found the exact car I wanted in Madison, she immediately went to work to see if she could do a swap with that dealership to get the car I wanted to Appleton. I was so excited to hear this and even more excited that she was willing to work extra to make me happy. She continued to go through all of the facts and extras with the car, she explained everything in depth, I left feeling confident that she would do her best to get me what I wanted. Two days later Kim text saying "hooray we are getting your car, will be here tomorrow". I stopped Tuesday after work to see the car, loved it. Wednesday Kim and I chatted and agreed on a time to pick up my car Thursday. When we picked up my car, Kim went through all of the paperwork, I signed and that was it. Kim and I then sat in my car as she went through all of the options in my car, we laughed and had fun with it. Once we were done I felt great about leaving, knowing that I knew how things work. Kim is the best, she was so helpful, went that extra mile for me and made sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Appleton Bergstrom and Kim for making the purchase of my vehicle something I enjoyed.

I went to the GMC dealership in Appleton to have my air bag recall looked at again. I got this fixed in September but it was not really fixed. The light appeared within a day and I wanted to know if it was making the air bags useless or not. When I took it in, they did not tell me upfront that I was going to have to pay $200 in diagnostic fees and not able to fix the problem. That is my concern. I went in with trying to figure out the defect and safety issue with the air bags (which was part of the recall fix)and I got a $200 bill and nothing was able to be corrected without having to spend over $600 on a new issue with the air bag use to function properly.

Super easy process. I looked at it Tuesday and drove it home Wednesday.

Kim was so kind.

On my recent visit I had to return to the dealership to have my windshield wiper blades installed that they did not install. The Tech that I worked with had to go into the maintenance area and install them himself.Thank You. What surprised me was the maintenance tech that did the service knew he forgot and did not report it Also I noticed the change oil/milage notice on the windshield was not updated. I’ve been a customer with Bergstrom for years and I’m disappointed in this type of service. I’m going cross country and hope my service I had done is right. Since I’m giving feed back, I’m in the market for a new vehicle to replace my Yukon Denali XL which I really like. I really like the new Denali Ultimate which i was really serious about until the motor issues reviews I have been reading about. So I add that issue with the service I experienced and I question spending that type of money. Thank you for the opportunity!.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and arrived on time, but my vehicle was not taken into a service bay for 45 minutes after my appointment time. While I was waiting—and before my truck was even in a bay—a service desk employee approached me holding filters and asked if I wanted them replaced. The filters were not mine, and I was only there for a tire rotation, which added to the confusion. Once the service finally began, the technician discovered a broken wheel stud. Rather than offering to repair it, the service desk employee initially suggested I take the vehicle back to where the tires had last been rotated. I had to insist that it be fixed there, even though the truck was already on the lift and the tires were off. During this wait, I also witnessed the same employee call another customer up to pay for service. After payment, it turned out she had called the wrong customer, and the individual had paid for someone else’s service entirely. Overall, the visit felt like a series of avoidable mistakes, and the service desk employee appeared overwhelmed and flustered. The only positive outcome was that the tires were eventually rotated and the wheel stud was replaced before I left. Due to the disorganization and delays, I will likely not return to this location for future service.

Good until I left and found that the passenger side mirror was folded in. This is the 3rd time this has happened after having the truck serviced. It is not a major issue but is annoying when you want to move into the right lane on hwy 41.

Behind schedule, took an hour to complete service despite having an appointment. Vehicle smells like gas after service, didn't prior, which concerns me. After tire rotation, nut caps fell off each wheel. Dealership offered to replace, but 2 hours out of my way and in process of moving cross-country so I don't have time. Overall, I am not pleased with the service I received.

I requested a Vehicle Wide Programming update for my 2025 Sierra Denali EV. This update has been a difficult update for owners to have accomplished as many dealers refuse to do it for various reasons. I didn't have this issue and the work was accomplished to my satisfaction and as usual with Bergstrom dealerships, with full confidence that the work would meet my requirements. I look forward to .any future work needed and the same standard I've come to see with over 20 years of dealing with the high standards of Bergstrom dealerships.

had my vehicle in for repairs, they estimated 5 hours for the repairs, gave me a lift home, called and let me know that they were done, sent a driver to pick me up and all in the time span they estimated!

The service was thorough and completed within a reasonable time frame. The service personnel took my additional concerns into consideration when inspecting my vehicle. I would like to suggest an improvement in the key drop mechanism, which I mentioned to my service writer when I collected the vehicle. The key drop mechanism currently dumps the key onto a concrete floor, which poses a risk of damage, especially considering the cost of these key fobs.

Very quick, easy & no pressure buying experience

You charged me $360 for absolutely nothing. My check engine light was on which is why I made the appointment. I already knew why it was on and told the tech. I was told over the phone about recalls that could be done on my truck. After you did your diagnostic checks I was told my truck was not covered under any warranty work as it has a salvage title. You reset the check engine light, told me it would cost me $2000 to repair truck. I drove away and check engine light came back on. So you basically charged me $360 for which I would consider no help what so ever. I love the truck but I'll probably go back to Ford.

My vehicle is a work truck that I live out of for work so when I made my service appointment I asked the service manager if the part was in stock. He assured me it was. It wasn't. After my truck was there on a Friday all day I received a call that the part would be coming from Chicago and my truck would be done Monday afternoon for sure by my service advisor. Very inconvenient because I was to be traveling to MN Monday morning for a job. Moved that job. Monday came and by 3pm I called to check the status. No one in service answered and the receptionist took my name and number but no one called me. At 8pm my son and I went for a car ride to check and see if it was done and no one called. When we got to the dealer it was parked outside and my GMC app said it was unlocked. Opened the door and checked and the old part was still in leaking brake fluid into the cab. Hit the door lock button and the truck beeped at me and told me my keys were in the truck! 4 days my truck sat, unlocked with the keys in it!! I put my key in the drop box and reserved a rental vehicle because my truck wasn't going to be ready by 7am for me to leave. It was finally done Thursday afternoon with 2 missed, promised, deadlines and no offer to cover my rental car. By far my worst Bergstrom experience. GMC is supposed to be a premium brand and this was not a premium experience. The cherry on top was when I picked it up they didn't even take the time to clean the floorboard of the brake fluid that was in there! Extremely disappointing.

My oil change experience was great, How ever I was going to pay my invoice with my GM rewards charge card and found out at the end of the job that I already paid in advance on 5 yrs of oil changes with Zurich Insurance Company ?? I believe it was 10 oil changes?? So Molly Gloudemans gave me the service copy of work done and told me I had 8 free oil changes left but this expires 1 year from now. I wish someone would have reminded me of free oil changes the last few times I was there and paid with my GM card - instead of free changes..????

OnStar stopped working the next day and the day after that which was yesterday. The computer stopped working. A light blue screen with pastel dots, and some black squares all over it. A nice manager who I spoke to since service department was closed on Saturday it’s sending a car for me Monday morning and taking mine. His name is Dominic. He gets five stars.

I brought the car in to fix a problem with the odometer. It had stopped displaying numbers and instead displayed "--------m" for the odometer reading and trip mileage. Instead of looking at service bulletins on this issue, the technician first spent 1 1/2 hours "pulling the instrument harness" to see if there were any issues. There were no issues found. Then, they decided to go to service bulletins and found two items of which one of them solved the problem by rebooting/updating the software. That took about 3/4 of an hour.to accomplish this. My complaints are as follows: 1) I got charged for the first 1 1/2 while the technician guessed. 2) I arrived for my 10:00 appointment and was waiting for the repairs. I received my first update of what they had tried and were going to try next at 11:45, almost two hours after they got the car. 3) They never came up with a reason that the odometer reading failed. No new parts, no sensor failures, etc. All they know is it came back on with one of the software "fixes". Will it come back again? They don't know. 4) They "pulled the instrument harness" (their words) which makes me think we will now have instrument issues moving forward as everything has been disturbed. It would have been a little more acceptable if they knew this was the issue but they were just guessing and they were completely wrong. 5) Just to add insult to injury, when they returned the car to me, I quickly realized that they had changed everything over to metric instead of the US system that I was using (of course)!!! I pulled over to the side of the road just after leaving the dealership and went through the information system pages to bring everything to US Standards to read miles again. I think it would be obvious that if I brought the car in (here in Wisconsin, USA) because the odometer was not showing the mileage that I don't want to see the kilometers or Celsius readings on my gauges when I get the car back.

I generally always go to Bergstrom GMC for my mechanical and technical work as i like knowing that I have a certified technical person trained for repairs on my 2017 GMC Sierra SLT. I was a walk in at GMC as I had received recommendations from my tire rotation mechanic that my ball joints needed replacement with other normal maintenance . In the mean time I started having brake issues And felt not safe so went to GMC that day which was 1-14-2026.I was assigned Diego Garcia as my service consultant. He offered to get my truck in right away to check what was wrong with the brakes and also take a look at the ball joints right and left upper and lower. He took charge but was very good at putting me more at ease over the entire situation . Diego worked up a rough estimate so I knew what the approximate cost might be . He went over with me his recommendations . I felt with what he was telling me I was comfortable with and the GMC was taken care of that same date . After the repairs and when iI came in to pick up my truck Diego went over my bill and repairs with me . I was impressed with Diego Garcia my service consultant with the over all experience . I might add that Tom my shuttle driver was a nice safe driver.

Smooth experience

I waited an hour for a oil change and tire rotation. Expressed my concerns about a sensor on my tire and check engine light on. Both the check engine light and sensor light for tire is on. The guy mentioned it would take a few weeks to get the sensor in not sure if both concerns are going to be fixed or just one. Did not explain much to me. Tried to charge me for my complimentary oil change.

First of all. Dom, the sales manager, is a prime example of what customer service should be! He is on point. He gets things done, and does not make excuses for anything. Have had an oil issue with my 25 GMC Denali 2500 since I purchased in November of 2024. A big issue for me because that is my personal and business vehicle. The service department has been very helpful and trying to figure out what the issue is. Although nobody has been able to figure anything out yet. Down to 6% oil life two times since I bought the truck. First time was before 3,000 miles. Second time was only halfway to oil change mileage, or 3 months left yet.

Kim was very pleasant to deal with. She became a little bit pushy when I declined the warranty, but not overly so. A few minutes later a guy came in to encourage me to buy the warranty. He became more pushy, which I fully expected. However, at one point he said “So are you the guy that doesn’t buy homeowners insurance?” That was not appropriate. Trama was wonderful, polite and very helpful.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and help us choose the right vehicle. We love our new GMC Canyon and we are very appreciative of Kim helping us through the process.

Not that I would have enjoyed spending a lot of time waiting at the dealership for my first checkup on my new Canyon, but it only took them 12 minutes to change the oil and filter, rotate the tires and do the 52 point check up. I really question the quality of this procedure. and I need to return because the left side proximity sensor has not worked since I left the dealership.

I made the appointment using the MyChevrolet App. The oil change experience got off to a very unpleasant start. (1) I drove to the address in the appointment confirmation (900 S Nicolet Rd, Appleton, WI 54914). When I got there to check in at the service department I was told the appointment was at the express oil change building next door. He acknowledged the appointment address was incorrect. (2) He told me I still had to get in line even though I had an appointment. Would you want this kind of customer experience, Tim B? Are you even aware of it? Paul

I had an excellent experience with Bergstrom from start to finish. I initially worked with Scott Spanbauer at Bergstrom Chevrolet of Neenah while I was comparing several different vehicles. Scott was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and professional, while also keeping the process relaxed and enjoyable. He helped me test-drive and evaluate my options and ultimately helped me identify exactly what I wanted. Once I decided on a GMC Yukon AT4, Dominic Jacobucci stepped in to handle the GMC side of the purchase. Even though we never met face to face, Dominic made the transaction remarkably easy. He was prompt and thorough in communicating by text, clearly explained the purchase details, credit application, financing, warranties and protection options, handled the digital paperwork, and sent follow-up information so my husband and I could review everything together without feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Dominic and Scott worked together across Bergstrom locations. They found me the exact vehicle I wanted — the right model, features, and preferred color, without a lot of unnecessary extras — and Dominic arranged to have it transferred to Neenah so Scott could complete the delivery for me. Scott then spent plenty of time showing me the vehicle’s features and technology and making sure I was comfortable before I left. Nothing to tell

Service was great but still on the fence about actions taken they told me there was something wrong with my car, especially with the oil pan. I assumed that they were clean and verify before they deemed the $2000 job. Or with the cooling system being low, I thought it should’ve been topped off at least and verified later that is dropping to ask for a service for the cooling system

Was good except there's over spray of wax all over the vehicle

My truck was spotless when I pulled in for an oil change. When I got it back, there was oily hand prints all over the hood and on top of the grille. There was smudges and oil on both front fenders where the tech was leaning on it and the ds door had smudges from where the tech leaned in to reset the oil life meter. There were also a few light scratches left on the ds front fender, I assume from the buttons on the techs shirt. Protective pads should be used and the vehicle should be as clean as it was to start.

Great teamwork, flexible. A fair price was given for our trade, paperwork and financing was completed quickly. Throughout the process we were treated respectfully and it was clear that the focus was on us.

My first oil change was supposed to be no charge. I only use Mobil1 and have for years. I do expect to pay an up charge for Mobil1. I paid full fees and I guess my free oil change meant absolutely nothing. Should have just been an up charge as GM highly recommended using Mobil 1.
