He even stayed later than he was supposed to one evening to allow us to test drive in the dark to test the headlamp technology. While the experience was great, the price has gotten so high that I will start getting my Buick serviced elsewhere $80 for an oil and filter change is way higher than most places in the Fox Valley. I also paid $6.19 in "Fees" and I don't know what that charge was for. It was not explained. Bergstrom service is great but not worth twice what I can pay elsewhere.

Windshield washer fluid reservoir was not topped off. Makes me wonder if the rest of the items that are supposed to be topped off were done. A mechanic from another shop will be checking them.

Worst experience I think I have ever had. Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. First one on GMC. I got in on time. You did the inspection and after a half hour came out and told me you didn’t have the oil and DEF for a new 2025 GMC. They told me it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I was at your facility for more than two hours. I asked if they were going to compensate me somehow. The representative said she would look into it. You did nothing. I told her I would not be back.

I was treated with respect. I was treated efficiently and courteously. All of my questions were answered and my time was important to the sales person.

Dealship experience was excellent. Paint on vehicle is questionable. I’ve got what looks like a burn mark on the hood that I can’t copy to this post.

I was waiting for a call back from the first person I was dealing with but no longer worked there. Erik found out about this and finished the deal.

I was Great working with Erik Wright. He works very hard to fill all the costumers need in a timely manner. When we arrived on Wednesday our 2026 Terrain was ready to drive. We just had to go over the vehicle controls and take care of signing all the paperwork. We were all ready to take our new Terrain home and all this toke about 2 hours. The Terrain is excellent very quit, stable, and a very smooth ride. This 2026 Terrain is giving us a lot better ride than our 2022 Terrain. Thanks again Erik for all you have done for us.

This is the second truck I’ve bought from Erik Wright. He is fabulous to work with.

A service order was placed online for new tires 2 weeks prior to the service date. I arrived on site was told everything was set and a ride home was arranged. 20 minutes after I arrived home- I received a call from service department that the tires were discontinued. There was plenty of time from start to end for that information to be shared with me. It was a wasted day off and very disappointing.

Eric has helped us purchase several vehicles and has always been upfront with pricing and questions we may have had and we truly appreciate it.

Took out my engine air cleaner, asked if I wanted it replaced. No I didnt but now i wonder how much dirt fell in when they put it back in. I was not happy. ASK BEFORE THEY TAKE IT OUT.

I was met outside at my vehicle within seconds of arrival by a friendly and experienced individual that provided clear and concise direction as to where I should wait and how long the oil change/tire rotation will take. This experience is consistent with past experiences at this location and other Bergstrom locations.

Way too expensive

brought my truck in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. when i came to pick it up it was next door at the bergstrom express lube facility. now this has been my third oil change i have always dropped it off at the Appleton GMC location. I was taken back when i was told i needed to walk across the parking lot and grass in the rain to get my vehicle. I guess the days of great customer service are over.

I never received a call from my service writer to tell me the true cost of the repair; the online estimate only showed me the repairs, not the total bill. My Customer Approved invoice did not match my bill. There was also a mysterious fee of $39.95 on the bill that couldn't be explained. I honestly feel cheated and ripped off. I will be trying out other service options in the future.

Just a very pleasent and thorough presentation and sales experience all the way around. Kim was especially helpfull in going the extra mile to meet all of our needs.

My salesman Sam did a great job. He found the truck I really wanted out of town brought it to the store for me to purchase. It took a little longer than i expected but it all worked out.

Mixed. Work requested was completed. I mentioned an update that is all over the internet that owners are talking about (86277880.mnf) and they had no clue on it. If this is an issue with the dealer keeping up with updates, or a lack of the GMC dealer relationship, I don't know. It appears this is a fleet wide upgrade that adds several new features to the infotainment display.

There was a misunderstanding with additional service provided but was resolved immediately.

Sam came out to where I was looking at trucks on the lot within a couple minutes of arriving. We took our time looking at a couple of trucks and ultimately landed on the Sierra 2500 HD Denali. The rest of the process was smooth as we worked together to come to a mutual beneficial deal.

Got us in right on the appointment time and short waiting time. Employee was friendly and helpful. He talked fast and my husband had a hard time understanding him. My advice would be to talk slower especially when talking to someone who wears hearing aids.

Although there was difficulty in finding the vehicle for me, all sales persons involved were extremely professional. I was very impressed.

Experience wasn't the best. Went online to book my oil change then told I was at the wrong location, which was my fault. I called the other location to tell them I was on my way but no one answered. I got to the doors that were both opened and 2 guys were sitting on their phones , never acknowledged me while I sat in my car pulled up to the open garage area. I got out of my car and approached them and still, no one looked up. I went inside to ask for help and the man in the service office seemed very uptight and overwhelmed. After I was helped by him he told me he was the only one there " and it's going to be at least an hour!" . I sat in the waiting area with my child while my service was performed. About 20 minutes later my car was done. I was told I should have told the service center I had a specific type of oil change and it was imperative I do that in the future. I asked if it could be noted in my customer file and I was told it was but it took a long time to find. I was surprised by this experience, surely not the " Bergstrom" way of which I am used to as a loyal customer.

I was having recall work done on my 22 Sierra AT4 6.2. When I made the appointment, I asked how long it would take. I was told about an hour and a half. When I dropped truck off, I asked again how long. About two hours was response. I went home. After 3 1/2 hours, I called to see what was going on. I was told that service would call me right back. After another half hour they called and said my truck was ready. That's four hours of waiting not one and a half.

The technician pulled my vehicle off the lift without securing the lug nuts for all the wheels. I saw this as they were jacking up the rear of my vehicle outside of the service area. They did tighten the lug nuts on the wheel before moving the vehicle again, and I had them put it back on the lift while I watched from the office to ensure every wheel was checked. This incident caused me to lose confidence in the rest of the maintenance performed and has left me questioning whether the service I paid for was completed appropriately.

I showed up early for my oil change and they got me in right away.

Brought my car in for it's first check. Difficulty connecting my iPhone. (Took the tech many times) I said my lights were not dimming on auto. He said I did not have that feature on my car I have auto lights but not auto dim. While I was waiting for my oil change and tire rotation I looked on line and it states with the package I have I do have auto dims. I said this to the guy when he told me they were done with it. I told him what I found on line and he said that I do not have that feature. He asked if he wanted me to get "one of the techy guys to come explain this to me" I said I would like a "techy guy to show me" I was correct I was the shown the correct way to add this feature. Also needing an Oil consumption test on my car, he told me I could have it done at any GM place. I live in the UP of MI I have GM places but none that sell Buick. They said they could do the test but they could not do the warranty work, I will have to drive to Green Bay or Marquette for this (70-90 miles). I had never had a Buick and not sure I would buy another one. Love the car but just not liking the oil consumption......

Behind schedule, took an hour to complete service despite having an appointment. Vehicle smells like gas after service, didn't prior, which concerns me. After tire rotation, nut caps fell off each wheel. Dealership offered to replace, but 2 hours out of my way and in process of moving cross-country so I don't have time. Overall, I am not pleased with the service I received.

I requested a Vehicle Wide Programming update for my 2025 Sierra Denali EV. This update has been a difficult update for owners to have accomplished as many dealers refuse to do it for various reasons. I didn't have this issue and the work was accomplished to my satisfaction and as usual with Bergstrom dealerships, with full confidence that the work would meet my requirements. I look forward to .any future work needed and the same standard I've come to see with over 20 years of dealing with the high standards of Bergstrom dealerships.

had my vehicle in for repairs, they estimated 5 hours for the repairs, gave me a lift home, called and let me know that they were done, sent a driver to pick me up and all in the time span they estimated!

The sales representative (Sam Engels) was very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. We felt that the offer for our trade-in was very fair. The financing process was smooth. We were able to pick up our vehicle on short notice to accommodate our travel plans. Excellent buying experience.

Simple oil change and tire rotation. But more expensive than Gustman’s in Kaukauna.

Good until I left and found that the passenger side mirror was folded in. This is the 3rd time this has happened after having the truck serviced. It is not a major issue but is annoying when you want to move into the right lane on hwy 41.

It was not the experience I’m used to on the College Ave center. An influence attempt (something to do with my valves) was made on me to purchase something I’d never heard of from the Bergstrom team before. Didn’t appreciate it. I did like the video from the front line guy showing me the issues I have with a 5 years old truck.

After researching many days for the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I could not find anything closer than Madison, so I decided to go to Appleton Bergstrom to look at the car they had on their lot knowing it was not the color that I wanted, but you never know. As we were looking at the car, Kim came out to talk to us, we then went to her office to see what cars they had coming in. When I mentioned that I found the exact car I wanted in Madison, she immediately went to work to see if she could do a swap with that dealership to get the car I wanted to Appleton. I was so excited to hear this and even more excited that she was willing to work extra to make me happy. She continued to go through all of the facts and extras with the car, she explained everything in depth, I left feeling confident that she would do her best to get me what I wanted. Two days later Kim text saying "hooray we are getting your car, will be here tomorrow". I stopped Tuesday after work to see the car, loved it. Wednesday Kim and I chatted and agreed on a time to pick up my car Thursday. When we picked up my car, Kim went through all of the paperwork, I signed and that was it. Kim and I then sat in my car as she went through all of the options in my car, we laughed and had fun with it. Once we were done I felt great about leaving, knowing that I knew how things work. Kim is the best, she was so helpful, went that extra mile for me and made sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Appleton Bergstrom and Kim for making the purchase of my vehicle something I enjoyed.

Even after I scheduled a appointment it took over a hour and a half for just a oil change and tire rotation at the express site.

I went to the GMC dealership in Appleton to have my air bag recall looked at again. I got this fixed in September but it was not really fixed. The light appeared within a day and I wanted to know if it was making the air bags useless or not. When I took it in, they did not tell me upfront that I was going to have to pay $200 in diagnostic fees and not able to fix the problem. That is my concern. I went in with trying to figure out the defect and safety issue with the air bags (which was part of the recall fix)and I got a $200 bill and nothing was able to be corrected without having to spend over $600 on a new issue with the air bag use to function properly.

On my recent visit I had to return to the dealership to have my windshield wiper blades installed that they did not install. The Tech that I worked with had to go into the maintenance area and install them himself.Thank You. What surprised me was the maintenance tech that did the service knew he forgot and did not report it Also I noticed the change oil/milage notice on the windshield was not updated. I’ve been a customer with Bergstrom for years and I’m disappointed in this type of service. I’m going cross country and hope my service I had done is right. Since I’m giving feed back, I’m in the market for a new vehicle to replace my Yukon Denali XL which I really like. I really like the new Denali Ultimate which i was really serious about until the motor issues reviews I have been reading about. So I add that issue with the service I experienced and I question spending that type of money. Thank you for the opportunity!.

Great service from a great team

My truck has 70,180 miles on it and has been using a quart of oil every 5000 miles, Goodyear in Mayville, WI tells me every oil change that the oil level is down a quart again, no one mention the oil level to me...Why not. I would imagine that the answer is that a quart to 5000 miles is normal, don't believe that.
